Diagonal Mar Barcelona – Advisor to Quinlan Private in €220m + acquisition (Spain’s 3rd largest Shopping Centre).
Great Southern Hotels – Advisor to the Dublin Airport Authority on the sale of the entire GSH portfolio – 8 hotels sold for over €270m.
Bank of Ireland (sale & leaseback) - Sale of 36 Bank branches as part of a sale and leaseback programme throughout Ireland (value in the region of €250m).
Dublin Airport Authority (masterplanning report) – Advising Dublin Airport Authority on masterplanning lands at Dublin Airport in advance of the development of a new terminal at the airport in 2009.
Esso Mobil Portfolio – Sale of over 35 Esso petrol stations countrywide for a combined price in the region of €75m.
