Do I need a driving licence?
Some of our roles will require travel. Whilst a driving licence would be advantageous it is not a requirement for our Graduate Programme.
When would I be able to start on the Graduate Programme?
Most of our roles will start in August each year although we may have an opportunity for you to start earlier depending on business requirements. You will be able to advise on your application the earliest date that you are available from.
As part of the Graduate Programme, are there various rotations across the company?
Throughout the three-years, graduates can expect to work in a minimum of two departments. These may include: Agency, Asset Management, Capital Markets and Valuation.
Will I be offered the opportunity to work overseas as part of the Graduate Programme?
Whilst we are a global Company it is unlikely that you will be required to work overseas as part of the Graduate Programme as it is based in Ireland. Throughout your continued career at CBRE you will have the opportunity to work in a truly global environment. There are EMEA Mobility programmes like Swap & Share where employees have the opportunity to work in a different office and experience a different city and culture.
What training and development will I receive on the Graduate Programme?
Throughout the Graduate Programme you will receive both soft skills and technical training to help you develop towards your APC. Training sessions can include; time management, negotiations skills, presentation training and technical lectures.

Writing a winning application
Do keep focused. Have a good think about why you want to work for us and keep that in mind when answering the questions.
Do plan and proof read. Make sure you’ve checked for spelling and grammar.
Do have some fun with your application to give us an insight into your personality and make your application stand out.
Don't rush! Leave plenty of time to send it off before the closing date.
Don't be negative. Focus on your strengths and let your enthusiasm shine through.
How to impress at interview
Be prepared for your interview. Have your CV and a pen and paper to hand. Answer any questions in a professional manner and talk clearly and confidently.
Plan your journey well in advance. Make sure you know the route and how long your journey will take. Check bus and train timetables. Always allow a bit of extra time for heavy traffic or delays. Know where you’re going and who to ask for: bring your confirmation letter or email with you.
Come prepared. Do your research on the company. Think about the sort of questions you might be asked and prepare some answers. Find someone you can role play your interview with.
Ask questions. This is your chance to find out more and show how much you know about CBRE, so think up some questions beforehand.
