The pointed presence of the Ireland Real Estate Investment Pavilion at this year's international real estate conference, MIPIM, in Cannes has garnered much attention. The aim of this newly formed group of Irish real estate professionals is to highlight the opportunities in the Irish market to the world's biggest investors and funders. Dublin often attracts a lot of the attention in these conversations, but the question repeatedly arises: if Irish economic growth is so exceptional, where are the opportunities outside of the capital city?
