- Dublin industrial and logistics take-up totalled 79,733 sq m across 29 transactions, bringing year-to-date activity to 175,021 sq m.
- Q3 was the strongest quarter for take-up since Q4 2023, up 53% year-on-year.
- Large transactions drove quarterly activity, with four deals exceeding 9,290 sq m accounting for 50,750 sq m, or approximately 64% of take-up.
- Data-centre-related occupiers continued to support activity, including transactions involving Subzero Engineering and Paladin Envirotech.
- Prime rents remained stable at €156.10 psm (€14.50 psf), while prime yields held at 5.00%.
