- Dublin office take-up totalled 86,729 sq m in Q2, a nearly 5-fold increase on the level of take-up in the opening quarter of the year
- The largest leasing deal of the quarter was signed by Stripe at One Wilton Park, where they agreed a lease assignment of 14,195 sq m
- This quarter’s take-up was characterised by the return of large deals. A total of 5 transactions completed that were >4,500 sq m in size
