  • In what is traditionally the busiest quarter of the year for leasing activity, Dublin office take-up totalled 34,126 sq m in Q4
  • Take-up for the full year in 2023 was 126,500 sq m, nearly 50% below the 10-year annual average of approximately 240,000 sq m
  • The largest deal of the quarter was agreed by Intercom, who sub-leased 3,755 sq m at 124-127 St. Stephens Green
  • Prime Dublin office rents have fallen by 4% to €673 psm (€62.50 psf)
