The purchaser is Irish businessman and entrepreneur Bryan Meehan. Bryan is former Chief Executive and chair of the reputable Blue Bottle Coffee and recently purchased the luxury Dromgariff Rainforest in Glengarriff, Co Cork comprising 96 acres and 5 beautiful houses surrounded by woodland and meadows.
